How odd! 
 
I agree that it&#039;s confusing and goofy.  I take the streetcar from King/Church to the Beaches and, man, what a crazy route! It makes no sense. 
 
Note that the crazy-ass contruction is not ROAD construction, but STREETCAR TRACK contruction. I smiled when I saw a Broadview BUS on King Street, whipping by all the delayed diverting streetcars, making its way to the Queen bridge. 
 
Last week, a Queen BUS picked me up at Broadview and I got to the Beaches in record time - and so did the traffic around us because they didn&#039;t have to stop at every streetcar stop. They simply passed the bus in the passing lane - which is, go figure, WHAT IT&#039;S FOR. 
 
Burn all streetcars. </description>
