Popeye’s to open in former Coffee Time location

It has sat, windows papered over, for months, until recently, they tore down the Coffee Time sign and repainted:
A few days ago, they installed a Popeye’s Chicken and Seafood sign on the building:
With Domino’s opening up down the street, it seems that our block is quickly turning into fast-food central.
Mmmmm…. Popeye's! I must say it's a good step up from Coffin Time (the chain my R.E. agent sed was " Crack Wh@re alley"…. really I don't make these things up!
