I was talking about this painting, American Gothic, yesterday.
Yesterday!
I was telling someone that it amazed me on my first trip to Chicago to walk into the Chicago Institute of Art and two hours later stumbling upon this relic in a room full of &quot;non-famous&quot; pieces of art.
I was blown away at it&#039;s &quot;Pizza Pocket regularity&quot; as it hung with it&#039;s ugly sisters and brothers in a non-descript room.
I like the painting WAY better with you two in it!
Love you guys.</description>
